TJ Hoy is a returning Sous Chef where he started his career joining the Park Avenue Club in 2006. Having worked his way up through the kitchen, he was then accepted to the Culinary Institute of America to widen his culinary skills. He worked in New Orleans at the Palace Café where he studied Creole cuisine. TJ then returned to Park Avenue before receiving the position of Executive Sous Chef at Smoke Rise Village. We are happy to have him back at the Park Avenue Club.
