The Park Avenue Foundation's innovative funding model generates ongoing support through its relationship with Park Avenue Club for its member nonprofits, serving as a fiduciary to its members who have invested in the unique funding model and caring for our historic site - once the dairy barn for the Sisters of Charity.

Park Avenue Foundation will host the annual golf outing on Monday, June 17, 2024 at Maplewood Country Club.
Through the commitment and ongoing efforts of the Park Avenue Foundation, vital human services have been provided in the form of scholarships, youth programming, hunger relief programs, mental health support services, special education, and personal safety, and strengthened the arts and cultural resources vital to our communities. The supported programs directly contribute to our quality of life and enhance the health and vibrancy of our communities.
