      Arnold Kruck returned to the Park Avenue Club in February, 2001. He was instrumental in opening the club in 1994 as a sous chef and always wanted to return believing in the mission of the Park Avenue Club and Park Avenue Foundation. His career has taken him to the AT&T Learning Center in Basking Ridge where serving corporate CEO’s was commonplace. His next stop took him to the Hilton at Short Hills where he helped hone his skills as Banquet Chef and earning the Star Ledger’s “Best Brunch” in New Jersey. Arnold then moved on to Westchester and worked at the Tarrytown House in Tarrytown, N.Y. as the Executive Sous Chef. Since coming back to the Park Avenue Club, Arnold has adopted the mission statement of the Park Avenue Club.

      A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, he has been honored by the Boys Scouts of America “Good Scout Award”, Share Our Strength, PG Chambers School and JBWS Grand Tastings for his continued charitable work. He hosted the 2010 Dinner of Hope featuring top chefs in the area as well as being featured in the Bergen Record, N.J. Monthly, New 12 NJ, N.J. Savvy Living and Newark Star-Ledger.

      Marika Villik comes to the Park Avenue Club after working in some of North Jersey’s finest restaurants and country clubs. She was the executive chef at Table 8 and the Diva Lounge in Montclair before moving on to Glen Ridge Country Club as the executive sous chef. Most recently, she was the banquet chef for Upper Montclair Country Club. We are very happy to have her part of the family here at the Park Avenue Club.

      Chuck comes to us by way of The Harvest Restaurant Group where he spent the last fourteen years opening and managing a number of their restaurants including Tabor Road Tavern, Addams Tavern, and Roots Steakhouse. With over thirty years of fine dining experience, he is excited to be joining our Park Avenue Club family.

      Dulis has been a member of the PAC team since 2013. Currently he is a Banquet Captain. Dulis is a voracious reader and resides in Morristown with his wife and young daughter.

      Lead Bartender


      Isabel has been a member of the PAC team since 2013. She is a Bartender & Mixologist. Isabel loves art and tattoo culture. Isabel resides in Madison with her dog Kona.
