      John has been in the private club industry for more than 25 years. Prior to joining Park Avenue Club, he served as the Club Manager at Echo Lake Country Club for 20 years.

      John studied Business Administration at Kean University and had an active role in the Club Managers Association since 1998. Additionally, he served as President of the New Jersey Chapter of Club Managers Association from 2014 to 2016.  To continue his studies, John received his Certified Club Managers credentials in 2007 and is member of the CMAA Honor Society since 2015 through continuing education credits.

      John’s career in hospitality started as a teenager, where he began working in local Spanish restaurants while attending school. He joins Park Avenue Club with a strong philosophy focusing on member engagement to create an elevated experience.

      John believes the club should always be evolving to improve and create new experiences for members and their guests.John is thrilled to be Park Avenue Club’s General Manager and looks forward to building member excitement, creating an opportunity for more engagement

      Jeff began his Park Avenue Club career in 1999 and has since held many different positions both within the organization as well as with outside companies. His career has always had an operational focus, applying it to both customer service and sales. Keeping in mind the Spirit of Giving mission at Park Avenue Club, Jeff sees his position as guide, available to help and support our members in every way he can.

       Erin Williams grew up in Morris County, NJ and graduated from the University of Delaware's business school, majoring in hospitality management. She spent the next 10 years working in event production and catering sales in NYC planning large scale galas, conferences, weddings, and movie premieres. During this time, she also served as the Senior Event Specialist at Christie's Auction House, hosting VIP clients at exclusive events. Erin went on to coordinate sales of luxury lodge vacation experiences in Cooperstown, NY before finding her way back to Florham Park, NJ to the Park Avenue Club as Membership Sales Manager.

      With over two decades of experience in the club industry, Ann brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, having recently transitioned from her role at Montclair Golf Club.Following her college graduation, Ann embarked on a journey in retail management, drawing inspiration from her family's legacy in the fashion business, notably at Saks Fifth Avenue. However, her true passion for the club industry beckoned, leading her to Roxiticus Golf Club in 2001, where she initially served as a buyer and merchandiser before seamlessly transitioning through various departments, including Golf and Membership.Outside of work, Ann finds joy in the company of her two teenagers, Luke and Emma. As she embarks on this new chapter at Park Avenue Club, she is filled with enthusiasm and anticipation, eager to contribute her expertise and dedication to the PAC team and continue her journey in the club business.

      Marika Villik comes to the Park Avenue Club after working in some of North Jersey’s finest restaurants and country clubs. She was the executive chef at Table 8 and the Diva Lounge in Montclair before moving on to Glen Ridge Country Club as the executive sous chef. Most recently, she was the banquet chef for Upper Montclair Country Club. We are very happy to have her part of the family here at the Park Avenue Club.

      I graduated from Rutgers, majoring in Economics and although not a direct path to hospitality, I am appreciative for the various 
      opportunities that have led me to Park Avenue Club.

      Prior to entering the world of hospitality, I worked as an Operations Manager at a call center in Jersey City. Like many, I saw the opportunity to explore a new career path during the pandemic and was able to join the team at Echo Lake Country Club in Westfield, New Jersey in 2020.

      I love being a part of a member's event. From the starting of an idea, to following through with the planning and coordination of the event to the satisfaction of knowing that the event was executed perfectly! Being a part of the events team  paired with the top tier level of service and quality of food made joining PAC and easy decision.           Having worked at Park Avenue Club for 6 years in both Catering and Membership Sales, then being gone for 18 months during Covid times, JoAnne is happy to be back at PAC continuing her hospitality journey. With 25 years of hospitality experience, and a passion for all things social, JoAnne has found the perfect fit as part of the PAC Catering Team.
          She is a lifelong Morris County resident and lives in Florham Park with her husband and young son.She joined the PAC family after 17 years at a local hotel, having left as Director of Catering. Seeking some work/life balance and wanting to try something new, JoAnne found herself truly embraced by members and colleagues alike.She is honored to have the privilege of working at such a unique and philanthropic venue and truly believes in the club's mission and core values.

      Chuck comes to us by way of The Harvest Restaurant Group where he spent the last fourteen years opening and managing a number of their restaurants including Tabor Road Tavern, Addams Tavern, and Roots Steakhouse. With over thirty years of fine dining experience, he is excited to be joining our Park Avenue Club family.

      Dulis has been a professional service leader at Park Avenue Club since 2014. Through hard work, Dulis has worked his way up the service ladder to the prominent position of Event Operations Manager. His consistent and impassioned care of our Members experience in both events and fine dining has been instrumental in the ongoing improvements to the Club.
